These contributors demonstrate how light, composition and emotions create patterns that people have come to associate with the beauty of the prairies, pines and lakes of the Midwest.

Currently, The Midwest Perspective hosts three different galleries on the site, that of Casey Sovil, whose images of Duluth and the North Shore parallel those of the great Blacklock and Brandenburg; Aaron Windels, with a flair for capturing life's nuances, and the principal gallery of Will Mitchell, who designed and conceptualized the site as a place to bring creatives together under one domain.
